Every case of  driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is a set of unique circumstances  requiring the skills of an attorney who has handled many cases to their conclusion.  If you are charged with this offense in New York State, then the issues to be discussed with your attorney should involve the legitimacy of the arrest, the likelihood of a successful defense to the case, your  driver's license, your money, and in some cases, your freedom. If your license has been taken, it may be possible to immediately have a license returned to you for at least work purposes.

The similar stages of a "D.W.I (Driving While Intoxicated)," or "D.W.A.I.
